Our rules

The freedom of the individual ends where the others' freedom starts.

A community can only function if every individual complies with agreed rules. A Lietz student will try to communicate with others and treat his fellow human in a friendly, helpful and cultivated manner. He gladly assumes responsibility and acts from his inner conviction. He deals with conflicts fairly and performs his tasks carefully. Nicotine and alcohol are not permitted in the lower and middle school, and violations are punished strictly; they may lead to the student being expelled. In upper school, there are rules permitting responsible and health-conscious use. Illegal drugs are generally forbidden. In coordination with our parent representatives, we have introduced irregular drug tests for verification. Even a single violation of this rule will cause a student to be expelled.
